GLD Labs Terms of Service

Effective date: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GLD Labs mobile applications, websites, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). By using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Use

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for:

  • maintaining the security of your account
  • providing accurate information
  • all activity that occurs under your account

Some Services may also support guest or local-only use.

3. Service Purpose

Our Services may provide productivity, gaming, social, analytics, training, recommendation, AI-assisted, or other digital features depending on the specific app or service.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Services are provided for general informational, entertainment, organizational, or support purposes only and are not professional, legal, financial, medical, coaching, or instructional advice.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to our Services. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and use that content as necessary to operate, support, secure, improve, and provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services unlawfully
  • interfere with or disrupt the Services
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
  • reverse engineer or misuse the Services except as permitted by law
  • upload malicious code or harmful content
  • use the Services in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties

6. AI and Automated Features

Some GLD Labs Services include AI-powered, automated, or analysis-based features. Those features may rely on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure and AI model providers, to process user inputs and generate outputs.

You understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, approximate, misleading, or incorrect
  • AI-generated outputs are provided for general informational or feature-support purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise
  • GLD Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs
  • you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any AI-generated output

If a Service allows you to submit content to an AI-powered feature, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy:

8. Account Deletion

If a Service supports account creation, you may be able to request account deletion through:

  • in-app account deletion controls, where available
  • or the web-based deletion/support path referenced by the applicable Service

Deletion is subject to any data we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or dispute-resolution purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, branding, and related content, are owned by GLD Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

10. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLD LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR
  • USD $50

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Service if you violate these Terms or if we determine suspension or termination is necessary to protect the Services, users, or our rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
