GLD Labs (“GLD Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides mobile applications, websites, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our Services.

5. AI and Third-Party Processing

Some GLD Labs Services offer AI-powered, automated, or analysis-based features. When you choose to use those features, the content you submit, along with relevant account, profile, session, or feature context, may be processed by third-party service providers that help us operate those features.

Depending on the Service, those providers may include cloud infrastructure, authentication, hosting, analytics, database, and AI model providers. For example, GLD Labs may use services such as:

  • Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, hosting, database, cloud functions, storage, analytics, diagnostics, or related infrastructure
  • OpenAI for AI-powered analysis, summarization, generated responses, or other AI-assisted features
  • other service providers reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve our Services

We use these providers only as needed to operate the relevant feature or Service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate for a user’s particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and using those outputs appropriately.

If you do not want your content processed for AI-powered features, do not use those optional features.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share information with third-party service providers that help us operate our Services, including providers of:

  • authentication
  • hosting and cloud infrastructure
  • databases and storage
  • analytics and diagnostics
  • customer support and communications
  • AI-powered or automated processing features

7. Guest Use and Signed-In Use

Some Services support both guest/local-only use and signed-in/cloud-backed use.

  • Guest/local-only use: certain information may remain only on your device
  • Signed-in/cloud-backed use: certain information may be stored, synced, or processed in connection with your account

Available features may differ depending on whether you use a Service as a guest or as a signed-in user.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide and support the Services

  • comply with legal obligations

  • prevent fraud or abuse

  • or the web-based deletion/support path referenced by the relevant Service

Deletion requests are subject to any information we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific Service.
